Oklahoma Land & Rental Homes sell for more than $9.4 Million across 4 Schrader Auctions in 2 Week Period

Throughout the month of June, Schrader Real Estate & Auction Company conducted 4 different auctions across Oklahoma. The properties were located in Stillwater, Mustang, Cushing, and Bristow. The sales were managed by Brent Wellings.
On June 8th, 150 acres with numerous potential building sites and commercial uses, located off Highway 51 west of Stillwater, brought $1,624,480. The property was offered in 13 tracts, ranging in size from 4.5 acres to 48 acres. The property sold for an average of $10,800/acre; with highway frontage tracts selling in excess of $27,000/acre.
The next day on June 9th Schrader offered 20 homes in 17 tracts in Stillwater. These homes were a great opportunity for student rentals near the beautiful campus of Oklahoma State University. The auction totaled $965,120 with several different buyers.
Later in the month on June 17th, Schrader conducted an auction in Mustang. The property consisted of 19 tracts, ranging from 3 acres to 65 acres, which included numerous potential homesites, ponds, creeks, and beautiful views. The 318 acres sold for $3,832,400, averaging over $12,000/acre.
Finally, on June 22nd, Schrader Real Estate & Auction Company conducted their fourth auction in Oklahoma during the month of June near Bristow. The property consisted of 1,278 acres offered in 21 tracts, which included minerals, excellent hunting, homesites and a stunning spring fed lake. The property sold for $3,129,000, averaging $2,448/acre.
