    Terms on Firearms

    In order to purchase a firearm at the auction a person must be a legal resident in the state of Indiana (unless you carry an FFL) and be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not be under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime in which the judge could imprison you for 1 year.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not have been convicted of a felony, or any crime in which a judge could have imprisoned you for more than 1 year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not be a fugitive from justice.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not be an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not have ever been adjudicated mentally defective or have ever been committed to a mental institution.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not have had a dishonorable discharge from the armed forces.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not be under a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not have been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not have renounced their U.S. citizenship

    A person purchasing a firearm must not be an alien illegally in the U.S.

    A person purchasing a firearm must not purchase with the intent to transfer to a person whos intention is to commit a crime, transfer to a person who is ineligible for any reason to purchase or otherwise receive from a dealer a handgun, and who intends to transfer the handgun outside Indiana to be resold or otherwise provided to another person who the transferor knows is ineligible (straw purchase).

    All firearms marked D in the sale order catalogue shall be taken to ZX Gun located at 821 W. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46808. A $20.00 transfer fee per gun will be charged by ZX Gun to handle all background checks and paperwork.

    If the auction company becomes aware of anyone bidding who is in violation of items 1-12, you will be turned over to uniformed personnel who will be attending the auction.

    If it is determined a person is ineligible to purchase a firearm at the time of processing from ZX Gun, said person shall not receive a refund and the firearm(s) will remain in the possession of the owner.

    DO NOT bid on any firearm at the auction if you know you are in violation of items 1-12. All persons attending must pay in full and provide to an auction assistant a paid receipt to receive any firearm eligible to be handed out the day of the auction.

    Any person who pays in full, takes possession of their firearm(s), and leaves the premises shall not be eligible to return to the auction and participate in any further bidding.

    Terms are cash, check, or credit card (3% convenience fee on credit card).
