ALL Payments are to be made by Tuesday, October 31st by 12pm Noon!

NOTE: Please check E-Mail & Junk Mail for Invoice, and add auctions@schraderauction.com to your preferred sender list. If you believe you have won items but have not received an E-Mail within 1 Hr. of Auction Ending, Call Main Office @ 260-244-7606 on Monday, October 30th. Text messages will be sent only as a reminder of Pick Up, not what lots Bidders have won. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the Auction Company. Land lines slow down the process of contact, please list cell phone # during registration.

LOAD OUT: 2 Day Load Out!! Monday, October 30th from 11am-6pm | Tuesday, October 31st from 9am-12 Noon! No Loader Available. Plan accordingly, staff is limited / Come Prepared / Auction Company does not provide boxes, packing or provide staff for loading of furniture & large items. Come Prepared!

**UPDATE** Any items paid for & agreed upon with Auction Manager to be taken to Main Office in Columbia City for Pickup are Required to be Picked Up Within 1 Business Week of Auction (Due to The Volume of This Service, Delivery Charges Now Apply). Deadline Friday, November 3rd, 5pm- No Exceptions! It is the Buyers responsibility for Pick Up & Reminders Will Not be sent out by Auction Company. Any Items NOT Picked Up within the 1 Business Week Timeframe will be returned to Seller & No Refunds will be issued.

**NOTE** Lots NOT Available for this service are noted in Description Field. (Limited Trailer Space, Staff & Distance of Auction Site (3.5Hrs.) & Cooperate Office Location Are a Factor.) Please Contact Auction Manager, Monday 10-30-23 if you need items transported back to Main Office in Columbia City, IN. Staff will pack items for transport carefully but Auction Company is Not Responsible for Damage during transport back to Main Office. We have limited space, Do Not wait to Contact Auction Manager on 10-31 for arrangements for transport to Main Office - No Guarantees at that time for packing & transport. No items will be packed for transport without paid receipt!

Do Not Send FFL Information to Auction Company, All In State & Out of State Questions/FFL Information Call Directly to Gold Star Outdoors, 989-427-6037. $30 Transfer Fee Per Firearm Paid Directly to Gold Star Not The Auction Company. NOTE: You must have your Paid Invoice present when picking up Firearms, NO Exceptions!
