DIRECTIONS: From the north side of North Webster, IN - At the crossing of SR 13 & N Syracuse/Webster Rd (Claytons Garden Center), travel northwest onto N Syracuse/Webster Rd approx. 3/4 mile to 800 N. Turn west (left) onto 800 N & travel approx. 1 mile to 550 E. Turn north (right) for sites 1 & 2 - both sites on west (left) side of road. For site 3 continue on 800 N 1 additional mile west past 550 E. Site 3 on south (left) side of road. Follow signs!

PAYMENT: Payments may be made online or onsite in the forms of cash, check or credit card (3.0% CC surcharge applies) on Thursday, September 14 from 3-6pm, Friday, September 15 from 9am-1pm & Saturday, September 16th from 9am-12pm (noon)! Or by calling main office for ACH & credit card payments @ normal business hours @ 260-244-7606, Saturday hrs. 9am-12pm (noon). All payments are to be made by 12pm (noon) Saturday, September 16! Onsite payments 3-6pm Thursday, September 14, Friday, September 15 from 9am-1pm & Saturday, September 16 from 9am-12pm (noon)! Onsite payments at Site 3 only. All payments to be made by 12pm (noon) Saturday, September 16!
BUYER'S PREMIUM APPLIES: 2.5% On tractors, backhoe & trailer capped at $750.00. All other items 10% buyers premium applies.
NOTE: Please check e-mail & junk mail for invoice, & add auctions@schraderauction.com to your preferred sender list. If you believe you have won items, but have not received an e-mail within 1 hr. of auction ending, call main office @ 260-244-7606 on Monday, June 19. Text messages will be sent only as a reminder of pick up, not what lots bidders have won. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the auction company. Land lines slow down the process of contact please list cell phone # during registration (mobile/sms device).
LOAD OUT: 3 day load out!! Loader available 3-6pm Thursday, September 14, Friday, September 15 from 9am-1pm & Saturday, September 16 from 9-11am. JD Backhoe (lot 177) is reserved for load out until 11am Saturday, September 16. No loader available after 11am Saturday, September 16! Plan accordingly - staff is limited - come prepared - auction company does not provide boxes, packing, hand trucks or provide staff for loading of furniture & large items, come prepared!
**UPDATE**: Any items paid for & agreed upon w/ auction manager (due to the volume of this service, delivery charges now apply) to be taken to main office in Columbia City for pickup are required to be picked up within 1 business week of auction, deadline Friday, September 22 from 5pm. No exceptions, it is the buyers responsibility for pick up & reminders will not be sent out by auction company. Any items not picked up within the 1 business week timeframe will be returned to seller & no refunds will be issued.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available through 3rd party shipper Columbia City Going Postal 1080 Spartan Drive, Suite A, Columbia City, IN 46725 (260-248-8608) Call for quote prior to bidding. All shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer & said shipping/handling is between buyer & Going Postal, not the auction company.
